Does the Feelix app contribute to measuring the quality of existence and improving the quality of life? That is the main question of the research of student Kyaro Geeven. Through an effect study with various networks within Severinus, he researches the answer to this question.
Kyaro starts his research by clearly identifying the network around the client together with the legal representatives of the EV(M)B clients. The network consists of all those involved around the client, which can be family, relatives, care institution employees, volunteers, etc.
Subsequently, the entire network is added to the Feelix app so that they all have access. In the app, 9 happiness questions related to the quality of life of the client are added. Based on the answers to these happiness questions, goals are set that contribute to a better quality of life for the client.
Now it is up to the entire network to do as many activities as possible with the clients, which contribute to the goals and ultimately to the quality of life for the client! Once the networks have used the app for a longer period of time the effect can be measured. The happiness questions will be answered again and it will be assessed if the app contributes to measuring the quality of life and the improvement of the quality of life.
