“Every client can show personal development”, says Sanne. She is a personal supervisor in a closed residential group for complex care for children and youth at Prisma, a care organisation in the Netherlands. But finding the right way to facilitate personal development can be a challenge. For example with a young woman of 17 with violently misunderstood and self-harming behavior. The HUME, which measures stress via physiological parameters, helped Sanne and her colleagues to better understand this young woman. “We are doing games and puzzles with her again.”
